Here is a bird house design we are working on for my sisters for a Christmas present this year.

This is cut from 1/4" (.200) Luan using copper rolled sheets for the roof.
We will be using wood glue to hold it all together and painting all the parts white. The lower (smaller) roofs are going to have cedar shake nailed to them. We will also use finish nails in other spots that may need it.
The base that wraps the 4x4 post will be cut from 1/2 pine and painted white and the 4 small...

Speed: # 5 setting / 26500 RPM
Bit: BOSCH Strait Mortising / Double Flute Solid Carbide 1/8" x 7/16" # 8521MIC
Feed Rate: 50 IPM
Plunge Rate: 80 IPM
Multi-Pass: .125" x 2
This set up cuts really clean and parts are nice.

We found this on a scroll-saw patterns website that had lots of dxf patterns to download for free! :)
