I made this the other day and thought you might like it. It serves no real purpose (except help me get back in the swing of things here) I was going to make it into a tutorial, but ended up not because I had to use another program for the pocketing. I did the cutout with SketchUcam and the pockets in ArtCAM. I used a fine tip marker<br />
You can finde the img2cad program here. It will convert your pictures to dxf. Its free if you only want to convert up to 3 pics at a time.<br />

In the tutorial, I use Cambam and Sketchup to create the GCode because Sketchup does not have a decent pocket plugin.  <br />

Sketchup is a bit old school when it comes to handling offsets, so I have discovered I can achieve better results by using Cambam instead.<br />
