I have the feed set at 80ipm for good results and it takes about 15 min to cut <br />

Here is the PhlatWING design we did for EvilTunez B-Day Fly In!   <img src="styles/default/xenforo/smilies/Old_Smiles/biggrin.gif" class="mceSmilie" alt=":D" title="BigGrin    :D" /> <br />
As of now this is an untested design and there are a few tweaks that could be done for a better fit. <br />
This will give your Phlatprinters a workout <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" title="Smile    :)" /><br />
I used the 1/16th bit diamond cut bur bit from the bit kit (more aggressive cutting teeth then the dremel 1/16th bit) If the dremel 1/16th bit is all you have you may have to slow the feed rate a little so that you don&#039;t push the foam.<br />
1.2 mm carbon was used.<br />

It fly&#039;s very well with parts from the UMX- Beast. Thats why we call it X-Tra<br />

At 17&quot; and an AUW of 1oz with 4-Site gear to 1.50 with Umx gear Its a blast ,although it will eat up some room if not throttle managed well. It hangs on the prop with little control input<br />
Design is of French origin. Designer is a fellow called X-Tazi ,The man is a Genious..<br />
