I'm cutting a stick 22" long with one end 5.5mm and the other 10mm. The thickness is 12mm. I did a test cut with a 1/4" bit and it cut smaller then the measurements. I then went into the Parameter and changed the bit to 1/8th and gave it a different name. The test cut came out much too wide.
I've checked the X and Y by jogging and found them to match up exactly with actual measurements.
    I'm using chilipeppr and tinyG.

Any suggestion on what I'm doing wrong?

you need to read the replies is to the last time you asked about this
    http://www.phlatforum.com/xenforo/threads/outside-cut-problems.5939/

Since Sketchucam actually draws an offset line for the cutline which uses the current bit size for the offset distance, you need to set the bit size before inserting outside/inside cuts. Those cutlines are then only good for that size bit.

also, you need to remove and replace the cutlines if you want to change bit size, since the cutlines do not move when you change bit size unless you redraw them.

Please post the sketchup file, then we can see exactly what is going on and fix it for you.
