That was a cool video. Those planes do well carrying all that extra weight.

So.....ET when will we see the .CNC or .SKP files? This would work great as an AP platform.

You know, Evil-Tunes, I could not convert the first file to .dxf but had no problem with the non-tiled one.

The SU files are done and up on the first post.

I did too at first because of the image files and Text. They are the ones I used for the SU files. If you import the Non-Tiled pdf It is setup for 5mm foam and the tabs and noches are not 1/4"

If it hasn't been given an official 'That is way to cool' designation I will cast the first vote. Super good job all the way around.

Thanks I found it on RcGroups LOL

When I saw this Video on RCGroups I said WOW. I was looking to do a twin engine and was going to get a proven plane for some AP like the Twin Star. I'm glad I didn't now because I think this plane will be much better because I can drop things out while doing some AP. How cool is that. Please give "foam and tape" and the Others over on the build log the credit for this one. I just liked the design and wanted to share with all of you

Here is the SU file with cut paths setup. I have not cut this out as yet. I realize Mark is working on it, but also understand he has a pinched nerve and many other things to do, so maybe this will help.

Flash that was extremely thoughtful of you my brother! Thank you for this.
The plan is to continue with the build tomorrow tonight after working on the shop. This works out great because my version is setup for 1/8th and this will give others more of a choice.
    Thanks again Larry

How was the dry fit Thewz. :?: I'm out of the country on vacation and I miss my MKII  lol
I love the 1/16 bit. It is harder to see on the MKII w/double front roller. I usually have to watch and can't stop watching, whenever I start a cut.

It is beatuful here In Mexico and it's wonderful not having to go to workI still miss my MKII..........

    Hi E-T,

I've not cut the tabs yet so all the parts are still in the foam sheet. Later today after work and my CNC meeting I'll cut them free.

Hey Glen I'm not sure where in Mexico your at but if your able to go to Chichen Itza, I would highly recommend it. When my wife and I went to Cancun about 2yrs ago we went and were amazed at that place.

OK...I got all the parts cut and piled on the table....

Looks like there is 1 slot missing in one side of the left fuse (vertical slot).

You are also missing a nacelle side piece....there are only 3... :)

I'll let you know how the rest goes.

By the way I got some motors and another Castle Creations Thunderbird 18 ESC today as well.

updated the SU file... On the surface, it looked like cut paths were there, but for some reason they did not come out.
