The prob is with the wing on sheet 1, the gcode wants to run around the wing in short segments moving back and forth, takes forever to cut the part. I have tried everthing I can think of, deleted the face, deleted all the lines one at a time and replaced them, I even recreated the wing from scratch and no go :( can somebody tell me what the heck Im doin wrong please?

It looks like you might of flipped the group after you applied the cut lines. If you explode everything in the parameter box, erase the cut lines on the wing, then reapply the cut lines you will be fine. You can then regroup the parts too.
I did this and it worked fine.

Thanks a bunch its fixed now, buts whats wierd is I never flipped it, when I use the outside cut tool on this part it turns the face from blue to white, i guess flipping it. I then used the reverse face tool on it which messed things up, all I had to do was flip it back after using the outside cut tool and it was fine.

That's weird. It didn't do that to me with the outside tool. I did find it did something like that with the inside tool though, but as soon as you reverse the face it was fine.
This would have been a good time for me to try out the new bubblecast addon that Mark added. Then I could hve showed you a bit easier. I need to play around with it to figure it out though.

    Glad you got it fixed.
