    This technology has come a long way since the last time I look through a telescope into the night sky.
    Over the years many resourceful and creative minds have come up with solutions to create a precise repeatable way to search the heavens.In doing so the art of armature star gazing relates a lot now to cnc and motion control in may ways.

    Funny you should post this now, Ive been wanting to build me a dobsonian forever, and was just sourcing materials for the build yesterday. I never even considered the idea of making a "go to" type until now, I,m going to have to do some hard reading to see what these guys have done, thanks for the links mark-
