I was searching on the web for a way to run a batch file and defrag all of my hard drives in series, by just initiating the first command. WAY too much bother with M$WindowS. Defragmenting your drive is a good way to get back a lot of your system's speed, because the hard drive doesn't need to search in 100 different places for all the pieces to a single file.
Anyway, I ran across "Disk Defrag" at http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag/ and it smokes! It allowed me to simultaneously defrag all of my hard drives (4 physical, 8 partitions, 1.52Tb), and finished faster than M$ can defrag a single 100Gb drive.
Oh, and did I mention it's free?

Thanks for posting this, it is now my default.

Another program I use is the one listed below. I have been using it for a month or two and if you do the scan option after you do the uninstall option you would be surprised at what is left from what you "thought" you uninstalled a some programs.

I had run the program. My drive is a 160gig, 2 partition drive. It took it over an hour to defrag. I don't think it was any faster than Microsoft's defrager, though.
