Hot and Spicy Pickled Eggs

    Since easter is around the corner, and you may be looking for something to do with all those hard boild eggs....
    ...and If any of you like pickled eggs ( I hear it's a regional thing) and you like hot stuff, try these:

    I made a batch and brought them to work. The dozen was gone before long. Even folks who don't like hot stuff loved them. Time to make another batch or two.

    So anyone make the Hot and Spicy eggs? I took a dozen to work today, and came home with one...

    Here's a pic of the last one after sitting in the good stuff since the first of the month....UMMMMMMM I really should have taken a pic before the jar was emptied... Gonna make some traditional beet ones next. Attached files [​IMG]
