    i already had a brass bushing in the top plate when i made the videos
    I have now removed the videos from youtube , as it seems to have improved. still haven't' cut anything since though.

    Well if you had a bushing in the top hole something is defiantly wrong there. You can easily see the all thread running circles in the hole.
