Is there a trick to cutting Depron? When I run a sheet thru it seems to get stuck and the drive rollers just cut a gouge into it.
Any tips so that it feeds properly?

I have found that 3mm and smaller you have to lighten up the pressure rollers. I jack up the lid with something at the ends, I think i used a carpenters penceil on edge.

    Hope That helps.

I am using the 6mm from rcfoam.com, I might try running a piece of masking tape down each side. The stuff is too expensive to keep messing up

How wide of a sheet are you running? It sounds like you are letting the pressure rollers sit at an angel? If you are using a smaller piece make sure you start it in the center of the machine so that the pressure rollers sit level and can roll without binding.

It is the 15" X 39" 6MM stuff RcFoam sells, I will try the centering thing.
I just have to adjust everything in Sketchup now(

I was actually thinking of cutting a square out of some Bluecore 15" X 39" and taping the depron inside it for maximum width grip.
I only have 10 sheets of actual Bluecor left and don't want to waste it.
Guess i could try to use the PBIII.

No you do not, just make sure your foam is centered before you cut. Then in Mach jog your bit over to the foam and up to just touch it. At that point we will create a new home for the bit for this cut so hit the home printer button and it will zero out all your axis. Then hit the regenerate code button and now you have a new home/starting point.
You can run the code from there :)
    Hope that helps.
