Night flying

    Our club has started a monthly night fly and this is the 2nd time we have done it. It's pretty cool flying around with your plane all lit up.
    This time we had a photographer out there getting some cool shots of us that I thought I'd share.

    Neat stuff... I've always loved those long exposure shots... I'd love to try night flying, but everyone leaves the field WELL before dark :(

    I've done night time combat. Its a blast. We had a string of ligths off the tail of the plane that you would try to chop off or get entwined . That way the losing person had a slightly harder time landing their plane :eek:

    Went to the KC Huckfest a couple weeks ago... Got a chance to catch up with Brandon Chitty and caught him doing some night flying. :banger: then got pulled over by the police on the way home because my license plate light was out :shock:

    Man I am just now seeing your post Nate. I haven't got any of my subscriptions in this forum for over 6 mths now...argh.

    We don't use a spot light but we do fly when we get a full moon once a month. That was a nice shot of Brandon's.
