    Is that Chigger you designed set up to use a 1/16 bit by any chance?

    Sorry Frank, it is designed for the 1/8" bit. If you need it worked up for 1/16" just let me know and I'll take care of it.

    Ok.I cut it with an 1/8 bit. I was running that yesterday and noticed that the tabs were not holding and falling away from the FF sheet in certain areas.Then when I went and got to the ribs being cut out they were a bit tight together and were being pulled apart. I really like that design and was going to mess with it and see how it does as a build project. Thanks for the plane 7up.

    I have Sketchup enough down now. I spread those out a bit and it works fine. ;)

    Thanks Frank, I repositioned the ribs also and generated new code before I posted it in the "Free Plans" section.

    Keep us posted on your build, I think you are the first to try the Chigger.
