    Just an update.
    I have been busy installing LED lighting in sailboats, and not had a chance to work on my machine.
    I will however be getting back to it soon. I have the plans almost finished. I will post them as promised.

    Hope everyone is enjoying the warm weather.
    GHB:)

    Hi folks,

    Here are the plans for my 4' x 8' CNC table.
    You will need to use Rhino3D to view the drawings.
    You can get a demo copy of Rhino 3D ver. 5.0 here.

    The drawings are in layers and are full scale.
    These are 2D drawings.
    There is a BOM with these plans that can be opened in Open Office.

    `````````````````````NOTE``````````````
    Mark and Trish,
    I need to upload Rhino files to your BB the extension is *.3dm.
    Your BB will not allow me to upload 3DM files.
    Please allow 3DM files to be uploaded.
    Thanks.
    George.
    `````````````````````````````````````````````
    I will upload the plans and BOM when Mark and Trish allow .3DM files to be uploaded.
    Cheers.

    Revised 7/23/2013
    The rail mount plan had an error for the drill holes that holds the rail to the table.
    The old dimension was 1/32 dia. drl. Should have been 7/32 dia. drl.
    The plan has been corrected.

    You can download the corrected plans again or just the rail drawing.
    GHB.

    Not yet.
    I'll be getting back to finishing up installing the electronics soon.
    I've been busy installing LED lighting in sailboats. :banger:
    When I'm finished with installing LED's I'll be getting back to finishing my 4 x 8.
    It will be soon. :)

    The table has been sitting on the shop floor with the gantry, steppers, spindle, and loose wiring
    for a little over two months now. Because it has been really hot and humid around here
    I thought I would check the table for any signs of warping. So far no warps or bends.
    The table is still level corner to corner and everywhere else I check.

    When the machine is up and running I will post a video to YouTube.

    Again, if anyone has questions please feel free to contact me via email, chat, or phone.

    Cheers.
