made up some chuckies for the kids, there is an sr71, skyray, rafale, mirage & viggen I think it was. I found the delta's would last a little longer than other designs, cnc files are for 1/4 " foam & 1/8 bit-

Cool! I often cut out chuck gliders for my nieces and nephews on my PhlatPrinter. These will be good ones to add to the mix.

I made 4 sets of these. One for balance testing and one each for my three nephews. The SR-71 and the smallest one needed 2 BBs on the nose, the larger pure delta needed 3BBs, and the jets with canards needed 4 BBs.

The nephews loved them (heck my 18yr old daughter snatched up the test set for her buddies to play with). Thank you again filthybeast for posting these.

Thanks filthybeast, these are great. I adjusted the files for a 1/16" bit and am cutting them now. I'm heading up to WV from GA tomorrow to visit family and my nephews and son will have fun playing with these together.

I'm sorry guys, but I am new to some of this stuff. I don't have a PhlatPrinter yet, and was hoping someone could change the chuck gliders page to a pdf that I can print and cut. Could someone do that for me?

You could learn to how to do this yourself, here on the forum. Then there will be plenty of plans you can have at your disposal. Have fun. -Kwok

You're welcome. If you want to learn you can start here: viewtopic.php?f=94&t=987 That video is not exactly the way, I do it now. You can have a look at my new thread at rcgroups, too. But it kind of assumes you already know the old method: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1201689 It's all with sketchup and other free software.

Printed these today for my boys... They were awesome! The boys loved them, and set the Xbox remotes down.

I know no one has posted here for about two years, but still wanted to thank you guys and voice that we are still having fun with these older files. :D
