I know Crash already posted this plane but I worked it up a little differently. I split the fuse and added tabs so that everything could be aligned nice and straight. I also added a small piece behind the wing that really helps keep the twist down. The code is sized for a 24 x36 in piece so you may have to rearrange the parts to fit whatever size foam you have. I used a 1/16" bit and have the feedrate down to 45. Make adjustments to your prefence.

Split fuse.Nice. Tabbing really helps with alignment especially when your messing with hot glue and need to make that perfect alignment fast. Starting to flirt with the idea of using a 1/16 bit also. Nice Ray. :)

Thanks Ray! Where are you getting a 1/16" bit that is over 9mm long?

I got mine from this place: http://www.drilltechnology.com

The part number on my invoice is: CBU-0781-F-000-M Cost was $4.75 each

The one I have is actually a .0781 instead of .0625. At the time I ordered he was out of the .0625. It works great though. It's listed under the chipbreaker upcut router bit section. and it's the F cut (fishtail) type
