Here is something i think you guys will like. The Morback 4D By xtazy, :D

This airplane is so large and has so many parts, the only way i could get the parts to fit was on 3 sheets of foam :?
If anyone can figure out how to get it to fit on 2 sheets of 22"x39" depron ,i would be forever greatfull

Its all tabbed up for 3mm foam but i will work up a 1/4 ince version..... I used to have a bluecore version that 7up helped me with but i cant find it now  It kinda went south for some reason??? Anyways As always, Just have fun with it OK?? :p

EDITED: I forgot in my hast to post the files to put the little tabs on the parts to keep them from falling out of the foam

Im sorry if this caused any one any problems !

    The files are fixed now..

Haha , That was a fun airplane to fly for shure! :D

Now i have another one all cut out and ready for paint. Its time for me to roll the machine back over into its corner and get to painting some of the airplanes i have cut out.

Here are the pictures of the cutouts. All turned out SLICK. I couldnt be happier.
But there is a small problem with file 4D2T The z works like a sewing machine on one of the parts I have fixed the file and have reposted it.

One other thing i did was to start the foam at 1/4" outside of the cutout for the dremmel tool and it came out verry nice !

I also found the files 7up helped me with for the bluecore version.
I will include those with my next post :geek: Attached files [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

CG for this is in the middel of the prop slot. It dont matter wheather your going to use the 4d version or the bluecore version.... the blucore one will certainly do 4d also with enough power ;) Ita a fun airplane even without the vpp ! :D

Blucore version is in this post...... I found the files in an old email from 7up. Thanks man ! Attached files Morback.pht-1.cnc (50.7 KB)Â Morback.pht-2.cnc (46.6 KB)Â Morback.pht.skp (2 MB)Â

That was a first for me, ewo, taking of backwards. How did you do it? Reversing the motor or with a prop that does beta?

Bruce, thanks for posting the photos of the cut foam. It looks like they came out perfectly!

Yoram, Bruce and myself started playing with VPP (variable pitch prop) models a couple of years ago. We've had loads of fun with them too :D . They work in a similar way to a tail rotor on a helicopter, an extra servo allows the pitch of the prop to be altered during flight. If you have a look at the beginning of this video you'll see the servo operating the prop :
