he he. I just tried your version of the updated Chigger. I did not check the parameters before i started cutting, my bad on that. You have the tab set at 0.125 instead of 0.25. No tabbing and that foam sheet went down in flames  Thought I could get away with it and let it cut. I'll get this right yet I swear. :D

Sorry Frank, I can't test cut my designs yet so it makes it kinda hard to catch everything. Thanks to your patience though we will get this thing ironed out... :D

    Thanks again for the input.

Hey Frank, I updated the Chigger and fixed the tabs. Posted the new files in Free PlansChigger.

Hope it works this time. :D

Thank you 7up. Now I have to wait on another board and possible power supply. Always something.

I cut this cool little plane out yesterday. Has anyone else cut and built it yet?

I've built the wing but there is a little issue with the LE. The upper foam is about .25" too short....there is a pretty large air gap between the upper and lower panels. I'm going to fill it with the curved edge piece scrap from the FFF (the curved slivers of scrap created when you cut the sheets free). I used a micro aileron pack to make a nice clean install.

The Fuse has me scratching my head....I'll post some details when I start.

I think Frank from RCFlightcast built it but he didn't mention any issues with the wing. I'll try and clarify the fuse with a diagram later. I'll also check into the wing problem.

Cool thanks. I'll get some pics of the wing before I cover the LE.

I see what you mean on the wings. I tried to allow for enough room for it to come out even with the bottom wing after the height of the ribs were added in but I didn't compensate enough some where. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll correct that and repost it.

Here are a couple diagrams I tried to draw up. I hope they help you out. If I can help in any other way just let me know. Attached files [IMG] [IMG]

Thanks, I'll take a look. I'm pretty proud to say that I got most of it together (just taped for now). I'll start gluing now that I know it's right.

    Thanks again!
