Dremel Attatchment

    Here is the Dremel attachment I have been working on. I know it fits the 100 and the 200 models. It is setup to be cut with a 1/16" bit at 20 ipm. Please look at the 3d model for assembly. I had to drop the whole attachment down in order to fit shorter bits in it and not bottom out the roller bearings on the z axis.

    One of the main reasons I did this attachment is to gain some more rpm at the spindle, mainly just for cutting EPP foam. If you have a problem with run out and/or vibration, try a different collet or go to the keyless chuck that dremel offers. You can pick a cheap single speed Dremel at Walmart for about $35.
