You Too Tomas, I know you are in the right place because Mark and Trish and great folks and so are all the members!! I have a second generation MKII and make all my kits with it for the xtremefoamies.com website! Great machines and well thought out :) So let us know if we can help and look forward to your progress so you can start selling your kits as well!

Thanks so much for the kind words! It only took one email from them and I immediatly thught".....uhhh WOW.... GREAT Customer service...This is goin on FG for sure" lol I love to spread great customer service when I see it!Haha I just went to go look at the new warehouse that my buddy is letting me share! Its big enough to have vapor nights, or doin some hovering and powered flatspins in the center! The back of the shop is big enough for maiden for sure!!! The only problem that I can see (which is very tolerable) Is that i have to fit the CAD file on 2 sheets now. I have a question for you. How do I get g-code to reccognise the 3mm to 1mm milling areas? I know it can do it, but how do I enter those parameters? THANKS GUYS!

    Click on parameters
then enter thickness of material, it's that easy!!
use the fold or centerline tool to set depth for pockets Attached files [IMG] [IMG]

I tried it out, and I must be doing something wrong. It reccognises even the cutting areas as 2/3 depth cut... how do I get it to cut completely through on the edges, and just mill 2mm out of 3mm in the milling areas? Thanks guys!

Tomas, first go to the upper task bar and from window/model info , choose units. from there you change the format to decimal and either inches or metric and set your snap to .0625 for best results! Hope this helps!

do you have the pocketing plugin? If you do follow these simple steps to pocket your designs.
First, draw a square. Attached files [IMG]

Once the pocket plugin is selected, left click inside the inner square, it will put in the pocket lines for you

Then Select the centerline tool, when you do you will see a % number in the bottom left corner, if you are using 3mm depron and want a 2mm pocket you would put in 66 there, basically 2/3 of the depth of the material. Then hit your enter key to save the percentage.

Then click on the lines that the pocketing tool put inside the square, it will set the depth of your cut, your done cut away!!
