The American Flag is a bitmap photo re-sized and printed on glossy photo paper and then sealed with Minwax Polycrylic. It is applied by spraying 3M 77 adhesive to the back of the photo paper.

Same for the Phlatboyz Aviator logo.

The "Made in the USA" text is white Oracal 651 vinyl cut on a Craft ROBO vinyl cutter.

The engraved Phlat logo was hand painted. I was hoping to use the Oracal but decided to try the paint instead. The painting came out a bit sloppy. Should have gone with the Oracal there too.

If someone wants vinyl decals of the flag or text for their own printer, let me know. We can cut these on demand :) Just send us a note. http://www.etsy.com/shop/lovesickrobotdesigns

I'm only a few short months and one massive tax return from buying my own.
