    found a nice dxf file .been working it up and skp.still have a way to go on it.but here is some pic off what i got done. this is a test cut fore know more too come later as soon as i get it perfect. :D

    Paule you have to make it in 3D first and then use the unfold tool to make it flat.(make sure you turn on show hidden objects in the View menu so you can see where the fold lines will be)

    You can use tools like curviloft can be a big help in designing the fuse fram work. Remember you only need to do half a part in most case and then copy/flip and stick the two half's together
