This wing is basically John Bernards design.

It is the first Balsa project that was successfully cut on my Phlatprinter .

I changed it a bit to suit my needs since I did not have some of the same sized balsa stock as John.

We originally did this wing to put on the EO-Cub for a club project, but it would make an excellent general purpose wing.

The wingspan is approximately 40" with a 7 1/2" chord.

    I used one 6" widths of 1/8 stock x 48" long and one 4" width of 1/16" stock x 36" long.

The I-Beam construction provides an exceptionally strong wing, yet very very light weight. Attached files Clark Y WING RIBS - ONE SIXTEENTH.skp (590.4 KB)Â Clark Y WING RIBS AILERON - ONE EIGHTH.skp (998.1 KB)Â [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
