    Greetings All,

I'm trying to cut some 5mm hard board in 1mm passes. Sketchucam is feeding me 7 passes and going in to my spoil board. Right now I'm editing each Gcode file to remove the 2 extra passes. Any suggestions?

    I'm using Sketchup8.

Your overcut percentage is probably greater than zero.

What Shaun said is correct. The default setting for the overcut is 40%. I have it set to 2%. You can change it to the value you prefer in the MyConstant.rb file or in the SketchUcam parameter window every time you start SketchUp.
