I drew up Goldguys (rcgroups) Nutball and created the phlatcode. You may want to rearrange the parts so they fit to whatever your foam size is. All I have is 12 x 36 sheet so I glued them together to make it 24" wide and then arranged the parts so they would not touch the seam line. I also add a 6" piece to the back so I don't run out of foam on the roller.

    FYI:
The code is for 9mm Epp foam and I am using a 1/16" cutting bit. So be sure to make any adjustments according to what you are using. I have found that the Epp foam cuts well at ~40ipm feedrate and dremel speed turned down. To funny, Ray. I had just finished up doing my conversion for the PP, and getting permission from GoldGuy to post it....

I might anyway, since mine is for 6mm and a 1/8th bit....

That is funny. I had it converted a while ago and finally got around to asking Frank (Goldguy) if it was alright to post.

It'll be good to have your's up here as another option.

Ray, a little OT, but where did you find a 1/16 bit to cut 9mm with? Or are you doing multiple passes?

I got mine from this place: http://www.drilltechnology.com

The part number on my invoice is: CBU-0781-F-000-M Cost was $4.75 each

The one I have is actually a .0781 instead of .0625. At the time I ordered he was out of the .0625. It works great though. It's listed under the chipbreaker upcut router bit section. and it's the F cut (fishtail) type
