Here is a well written pdf outlining some setup options in Mach3's general config area that I thought some of you guys might find useful.

A lot of it has to do with the way Mach3 handles archs that are made up of tyin line segments as in SketchUp and attempts to smooth them out

I am experimenting with them a little and I will post my setup here

Heres what I came up with so far in my settings, it works pretty smooth, but I think it could still be better. Maybe adding the 90 degrees to the CV angle?
See what you guys think of the difference and post something if you get a nice smooth arch
