Can someone take a look at these two files and tell me what I'm doing wrong? Look at the left side of the horizontal stab, see how the gcode is all messed up there. I've have deleted it and drawn it many times, that didn't help.

I'm using the latest sketchup and sketucam 1.3. Any help is greatly appreciated..

    Thanks

Kevin, if this is the file that you work on too then one problem is that you didn't set the bit diameter in the parameter box. Try setting it to the bit size you're going to use and try again and let us know if you still have problems.

I set the size to .012 because I'll be using a drag knife to cut this. Is there a different setting I should use for a drag knife?

    Thanks

first, set your model units to decimal inches with 3 decimal places of precision.
    format
    model info
    units
    format 'decimal'
    precision = 0.000"

this will allow the parameters dialog to correctly display (and save) a 0.012" bit size

then, you have somehow set the outlines of your parts to be cut lines. this is wrong, the outside and inside cut lines must be outside (or inside) the actual part outline (by half the bit diameter, bit diameter should never be 0).

    corrected file is attached

Thank you very much. These are the kinds of things that no one tells you about. lol
Any chance in getting drag knife support in future updates. A lot of us are cutting Flitetest foam,(dollar tree foam, or Adams ready board)
    Thanks again

Thats good information. I'm glad to hear your working on drag knife.

I'm sure you have a ton of work in developing this. Thank you so very much. I appreciate it

    Thanks
