    This one is really cool to play with and should inspire some ideas.

    It lends itself beautifully to laser cutting and there have been a number of examples posted on the Creek but Hannu's Box http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?178929-Box is an excellent example because of the side supports which prevent the hinge from being folded too tightly.
