Mach3 doesn't see my controller

    I watched Mark's video from start to finish and have done everything. When i start Mach3 the reset button just flashes even after i click it and can never ref all home.

    Any ideas?

    My computer has like 4 different parallel port types i can run, i have it set to standard right now, running windows xp

    Oh, when i first start Mach3 it scrolls beside the status button " No Shuttle Detected of type selected"

    Are you saying the reset button will not stop flashing even if you click on it?

    If so make sure your Estop is cofigured right. Attached files [​IMG]

    No problem!
    Glad it worked.
    I had that same problem when I first tried to get mine going. I don't think it was covered in the video from Mark. I think I found it by watching the video from Mach's support.
