I figured it was about time I started converting some of my plans to Phlatscript for you guys.

    Here's my first one...

My original was made from 9mm EPP, but i've worked this one up for 6mm (1/4") foam so you can use a single sheet of FFF.
The canopy and flame outlines will be engraved into the foam (1.5mm deep) using the attached file.
Use the standard 1/8" bit to cut this one out.

EDIT : The files above are for the original 30"ws version. Here are the files for the 22"ws Mini Version.

(Use 1/8" bit and 18"x36"x9mm foam)

(Use 1/8" bit and 18"x36"x6mm foam)

This is one of my favorite planes, trappe! I had forgotten that it was yours! :)

9mm EPP is definitely the preferred substrate for this one. It's make for an almost indestructible plane that's a ball to fly.

Thanks for a great plane and now one that I don't have to convert myself!

No worries Mike. I realised today that I actually screwed up...The skp and cnc files I posted are for the original 30"ws version, not the 22"ws Mini

I'm working on the 22" files at the moment, and i'll do a version for 6mm and 9mm foam while i'm at it. Like you say, built from 9mm EPP it's bulletproof!

I've added new files to the first post so there are now 3 options for cutting.
