Flys really good and fast with that set up.The first flight was made with one of our instructors.I had all of my control throws set up on 100 perceent. He tried to do a few rolls with it( He never flew an electric jet before).BIG MISTAKE.It did 6 rolls in a split second and it scared him.I could not beleive it as well .So I set up my radio end point adjustments
so they would not be full.It does not take much elevator and aileron throw. But if you want to do hi alfa and other things then set it up for full .I use Hitec HS 55 Servos on the Ailerons.
HS 56 for the Elev.2/56 push rods.
PS: I used Gesso acrylic paint and a brush to piant it(NOT A GOOD IDEA if you want it lighter).

Yea, short wings and big ailerons can be fun  :D. Try some expo to soften it around neutral. Negative for Futaba, Positive for JR, Spektrum

I thought for sure those bends in the unsupported rods would give some problems... glad to hear they don't.

Just noticed the way you're doing vectored thrust.... NICE.

My first Mig 29 was a pdf plan I bought from Dave at RC Powers about 3 years ago..I painted it with the Blue angels scheme(My sons idea.).It flew great as well.I made a mistake on the third time it flew.I tossed it overhand and the prop hit my right index finger and tore it up bad. That is not a good idea.I designed this one a little differend.I used the same vectored thrust on this one .I still have those old pdf plans in my shop somewhere.
