Hey guyz. Hope you all are enjoying the new Phlatforum! We know, it's not perfect and there's lots of work to be done but we think it's a major improvement and are really happy with it ourselves.

As you know, we hired a company to help migrate all of the data. They provided a pass code reset tool. All 14,000 + emails have now been sent. Our hosting company limited the amount of emails we could send so we had to continuously "push the button" every hour or so to get them out. We felt like Lock from Lost

Initially, the links were broken but they have since been fixed. Are there any bugs/problems that you have noticed that we should address with the migration company before we let them off the hook? We're going to give this thread the weekend and then contact them Monday morning if all is good.

Well we still have some problems . None of the old pictures i uploaded work anymore .
Not sure why but it looks like the links are pointing to this new forum .The pictures never got migrated.

also it looks like all the plans i posted in the vip section are gone as there is no longer any such place ??

Wonder'ing if the migration is finished ?
Should i try fixing the threads i can fix , or should i wait a while yet ?

 

We need more examples to send off so if you have some links that I can share with them they can tell me if it can be done or not. That would be a big help for us Bruce.

 

The reason for that search is it has a 3 character limit ( I can change that to 2) for a search.
As for the VIP stuff, its still there I am jut figuring out the permission settings for everyone before putting it out there. I hope to have it done soon.

Looks like its working Bruce. It is placing everything in the gallery for slide show style viewing

 

So true, your welcome Tim. I think it will be a lot of little tweaks like this that will help to make this place feel like home again
