Hi.

I bought a Phlatprinter MKII about 3 years ago (maybe 4) and in the pack the DVD-2 arrived blank... and a Box of MDF was missing in that ocation.

Mark was very kind so He sended the MDF all over again but forgot the disk. I moved from one house to another in these 3 years and finally in my own place started to build the machine... really GREAT machine.

My problem is that without the DVD I have no idea how to calibrate the machine, how to start cutting, adjust the mach3 parameters and so on

Does anybody can sell a copy of the DVD to me? maybe upload the ISO image? I really want to start using my Phlatpriter but I am afraid to demage something if I set some parameter wrong.

I sended a message about this to Mark... maybe didn't know how to do it and it didn'y get through.

Sorry about my grammar, I writing from Mexico and I only know a few words in English.

Well, maybe the calibration numbers in the "Motor Tuning and Setup"?

Anyone?

 

OK, I tried the Phlatprinter MK1 numbers found in RCgroups:

X Axis: Steps Per=1031.925343, Velocity=20, Acceleration=20
Y Axis: Steps Per=31817.7444, Velocity=20, Acceleration=20
Z Axis: Steps Per=31038.91852, Velocity=15, Acceleration=20

nonono. Way too fast in Y and Z and loosing steps like crazy!
