[Plugin] Select Loop - Dec 9, 2010

    This plugin will select an entire outer loop, for you. You have to select a face or a single edge of the loop. Then right click to get the context menu. Depending on what you selected, 1 of the 2 possible menu items will appear:
    1) [ky] Select loop by edge
    2) [ky] Select loop by face

    You're welcome, guys! Tell me, what do you guy normally do with your loops after you select them? I can think of welding and making into a polyline, which is the same thing. Curious, if there are other uses?

    My latest use for it was in combination with the joint push pull and skin plugs. Its really a pain to try an select a group of inside lines without selecting the entire face and usually the connecting bounding edges as well. This one really helps to allow you to pinpoint exactly what edges you want to modify for editing. I find myself already used to it and using it all the time already. For me that is a sign of a good plugin :)
