Dear, if I use a 3 mm bit on my router and I want to route a text which I've written in Sketchup which letter type I use best?
If I use the Phlatboyz Inside Cut Tool for example the letter "a" is not well routed because the whole letter is inside cut out.

    Hi
I normally set my text to 'bold' since that makes the letters wider but what font you use depends mostly on what you want and how big the letters are compared to the bit size. If the letter widths are close to the bit size then you are going to have trouble!

You need to watch 2 videos:
This one introduces the new pocketing method that can actually pocket letters correctly

This one deals specifically with text. you need to follow these instructions (particularly for the exploding and flattening) but use the new pocketing routine from the above video.

    Kind regards,
