Hello all I am new the CNC, but have been cutting some materials, but I would like a good setup.

I have a Dewalt 26200 which has a max speed of 27000 rpm

I would like to cut MDF - 10mm plywood 20mm and Masonite 13mm,

I am using a 6.35 mm square bit with 2 flute.

I would like to know what is the correct settings for spindle speed, feed rate and plunge rate.

Currently, the Masonites cuts but then jumps.

    Please advice

    Regards

    Julian
