So after stressing out over a week trying out almost a dozen programs to figure out how to export my sketchup files to GCODE for my cnc controller software I finally stumbled upon a method that works with ease (Idiot Proof).

Here is a link to the topic I found:
    http://groups.google.com/group/sketchup ... bc13?pli=1

    In summary:

Sketchup Plugin: Download plugin and save into plugin folder in sketchup.
    http://rhin.crai.archi.fr/rld/plugin_details.php?id=429

    Download FreeMill Program:
    http://www.mecsoft.com/Mec/Products/FreeMill.shtml

After everything is installed. Open your sketchup file and then go to plugins and select Export STL file. Save the File. Then open FreeMill. Load your STL file and select all the appropriate measurements for your project then at the end of all the steps it will offer you to generate your G-Code. Then Just import your G-Code into whatever CNC controller software you're using and you should be ready to cut! I hope this helps out others as it has helped me out a lot.

Thanks so much Splinter! I've been searching on the topic for about a week too.
