    Bozikovine,
Thank you for sharing this :)
I re sized it to 6mm and started to build the 3D model for reference when I build it in real life, but this is a tough one to figure out.
Do you have any pictures of what it looks like assembled?
Here's what I have so far Attached files [IMG]

i'm having problems with this little pig.
when i cut it the rounded parts are not rounded. they look more like pentagon.
it does not look like the pic above.
    any ideas?

Are you using the Phlatscript to code him?

    I see,
The reason I asked is there was a problem with the g2/g3 command in the Phlatscript a while back that would cause something similar to what you are describing. That has been taken care of now.
As for the dxf files, I did a quick google search to see if there was any program out there for smoothing a dxf file, but have yet to find one. I am thinking that there may be something out there and that would be a great find!

'Smoothing' a dxf file? I'm not sure what you mean by that, Mark

    Hello Yoram,
I am thinking there may be a program out there that takes an existing dxf 2d line drawing and adds more vertex points to create a smoothing effect, or has an algorithm that can determine the best way to connect two line segments without getting that block look.
Here is one that may do the job. http://www.kandusoftware.com/products/w ... uct=Bezarc
I have not tried it yet.
