Stepper Motor

    Just wondering can any stepper motor be used as long it's a NEMA 23 with 428 oz tor
    How many oz stepper comes with the phlatprinter 3.

    Hello Shawnee,
    Yes you can use some of the bigger torque Nema 23 on the X and Y axis, but for the Z axis there is not a lot of clearance so you can't really go with a longer motor there.
    The Nema 23 that we use are @ 166 oz holding torque in Bipolar: http://www.phlatboyz.com/Stepper-Motor_p_49.html
