ok fellas, the electrical village idiot is back in town....i had to remove the control board for some work i done on my printer. after hookin it back up, trrned it on and the green leds flashed once then went out. after checking the fuses wich were all fine, then i noticed on the y-axis i didnt have the wires in the board rite. after i corrected them the board would just flash once then go out. i did the old ic chip swappin. without the y-axis ic chip the z and x work fine. as soon as i stick the y in it just flashes once then goes out. i also tried some new chips i have. with the same results. did i cook this board ?? thanks randy.

 

never mind, i got it fellas....one of my "new" chips were bad. everything is fine now...randy.
