:D Any word on flight reports?
We are thinking we should add a micro section to the aircraft threads.
    What do you guys think?

    I like the" IDEA " as well ! ;)

Yes the micro Illusion has flown, And it really did do quite well even with the limited throw on the ailerons. All in all im happy with the performance. But it could be better if i went with the twin servo ailerons and ditched the torque rods and bell crank....

Sharon is in Ft. Lauderdale tonight . getting on the boat for the Bahamas tomorrow. so i will try my son for video. Maby in a bit ! :)

    Cool Bruce.
I know what you mean about the roll rate. I got an extra servo for my Micro Ripper's aileron but haven't tried it out yet. My stuff is tied up in the Phlatstang right now LOL. I may just need to get another 6400 brick.

Bruce sorry if there has been a misunderstanding about posting plans here.
Your always welcome to share plans, provided they were originally posted as a free plan :)
We just need to be sure that people are not posting plan sets copied from a commercial kit.
We are looking forward to the updated version, but I wanted to ask you what do you think is making it fly better they brakes? and what does Sfg mean?
    Thanks Bruce

There isnt any confusion here on my part. I know the rules. ;)

I think it flys better because of both the Sfg,s and the brakes. theye help it slow down and track really straight
Sfg = Side force generators. It seams to me that the addition of the devices has increased the roll rate a bit as well as the tail surfaces. Its just more fun to fly and looks cooler in the air to boot........

It is flying much more like its big brother now than it was before !!!

    Small video added

Your right it is flying a lot like its big brother.. Looks great!
You would not think the little changes would make such a big difference but they sure seem to.
