    Hi guys;
    I have someone who wants some stuff PhlatFormed... What should I charge? I'm going to supply the materials. He is saying 500 pieces.

    Cost of material X2 + a dollar a pull?
    THANKS in advance
    Dave

    Hi Dave that sounds like a fair price, because you have to keep in mind the trimming as well as shipping supply's and packing.
    Congratulations on the job!

    p.s. I saw a very cool way of trimming the parts that may help with that many. Put a Dremel cutoff wheel in your drill press and set the height of the table where you want to trim, then just work the part around one time and you have a nice level cut off. :good:

    Nice build Dave! :doubleup:
    The picture of the trimming idea is perfect and that cowl mold is really cool.
    Thank you for sharing, I was looking everywhere for where I had seen this done before and could not find it. :)
