    This is an interesting import. I had to explode everything 3 times unhide the hidden geometry then use the phlatten tool 2 times to get everything...

    Not round edges?

    If you import it into Sketchup it will not see it as a true arc anymore maybe that is why. When you select the circle or arc just type the number...

    That is how Sketchup does the arcs and circles by default. If you do not flatten the part Mach3 will recognize it as an arc and make it smooth...

    That's seems really expensive. With our type of 3d printers we can tell it not to fill it solid by whatever percentage we want in the software....
