Cutting Polystyrene Insulation foam

    Does anyone have experience cutting the white Polystyrene Insulation foam? I'm cutting 1" thick sheets. The standard 1/8" bit is barely long enough. Are there other bits that are longer? The bit wants to melt the foam. I'm running pretty slow at 15 ipm.

    If the Bit is melting the foam shouldn't you try a Faster ipm? :nervous:
