The finer details are still to be done, but the major trim is done.

Wow! Excellent landing and what appears to be a damned lucky light post! Great job of flying in a pretty congested airspace. Congrats!

    Nice job man!

Now you got to splash some paint on that beauty.

Finished painting mine. Just could not leave well enough alone.

Added some scallops on the tail. Attached files [IMG] [IMG]

Yeah... I am actually not going to paint the original... I was just putting it together to make sure the MK3 cut it out straight(Been having skew issues) I put it together with some GG but mostly Hot glue. Next one I am going to de-skin all the FF and use strictly GG so I can sand it and make it pretty as well....

ON a side note... Any phlatheads going to SEFF?

I've just cut out and started gluing my Magnum together. I made a small improvement that removes about 7,5grams of weight from the floats. Not much, but weight is our enemy, right? :)

You are not going to use it on water, right Jan? If you do better make sure it's leak-proof or it will fill with water and will be heavier than only foam. :D

I most definitely will use it on water. No problems getting it leak proof. I'll glue it up the same way I did the Polaris, which does not take in water even when I spent a whole battery taxiing around on the water.

I haven't tested the floats on water yet, but the Magnum proved itself in windy conditions today. We had average wind of 10m/s (22mph) and gust up to 15m/s (33mph) at the time when this video was taken
