I tried it and it too doesn't give me anything. Might be some setting on my computer but I don't think that that is the problem. I still think that the problem is that the whole thing is a picture and not a vector image. But what do I know! :D

The penguin file. Needs the pdf, on page 1, to go along with it. For 1/4" material. No Phlatlines.

For raster to .dxf I use Wintopo http://www.wintopo.com/ It works pretty well, but you usually need to do quite a bit of clean up. Still, it's faster than tracing (at least in Autocad).

this software is very useful. i used the "gamma" slider inside the image tab in order to make the lines darker. the results are pretty awesome.

I downloaded the WinTopo program and tried it. I found that the end results needs just as much work, if not more, than just tracing it in SU. Don't know about AutoCAD.

It's getting there, slow but sure. After the model is made then I have to tweak all the connection spots to get them right.
There are 80 pieces to trace and tweak, it stinks but I am too far to quit now Attached files [IMG]

Good idea, 7up, didn't think of it, to just take the head from the rhino post.
