So I know there's a countersink to make a hole that has an angle for a screw.

But what about making an edge have rounded corners? Is there a way to turn the countersink inside-out and have outer edges chamferred or rounded? I can round parts on a router or sand them but why not let the cnc do the work?

Anybody have any luck with this problem?

There is a chamfer wizard to help you create cutlines for chamfering
    http://swarfer.github.io/sketchucam/howto_chamfer.html
(while you are there, please read the rest of the manual too)

Using a roundover bit is even easier. You set bit diameter to the size of the small end, and set 'material thickness' to the size of the roundover, set overcut% to 100%, then add the cutline and generate Gcode for this tool.
To for a 1/4" roundover bit that has an end that is 3/16" you set
    • bit diam = 3/16"
    • material thickness = 1/4"
    • overcut% = 100%
You should also set multipass on and ramping on, roundover bits can easily take very big bites and overload the router or stepper motors.

In adddition to the manual which is online and also on your computer, hit the big blue question mark in the SketchUcam toolbar, there is a collection of howto videos on youtube.
