I have a small problem with my printer.

Sometimes when I run a piece thru the machine, part of the foam that is cut out (like a long slot that cuts thru a end of a part) will catch the edge of the slot that the drimel runs in, and catches the piece and it hangs there.

Has any one had this problem?
The only solution I see is to add more tabs.

I've had this problem also, get out some sand paper and maybe a file and round that edge, it will help a ton!

You could try adding a bunch more tabs, but most of us simply rounded the edge of the cutout for the Dremel, with a piece of sandpaper.

I had a prob with that also and knocked the edges off anywhere the foam hits like the Alinement slot!

I have rounded off the edges already.
I may make a new top (I did not glue mine down)
and make the slot only 1/4" wide

I dont know If that is a good Idea I was thinking the same thing but the wide slot lets some of the smaller peices fall through so you don't have to tab some of the small inside cuts. Just something to think about. After I rounded all the edges quite a bit I have had no Problems at all unless I forget to tab something. I try to use as little tab's as possible mabey one or two per side per peice depending on the size of the peice

I used another Dremel with a 45 degree angle bit to route out the opening. I can use less tabs now.

Rounding the edge is all I needed.
